For most of us, losing weight is a priority—you’ll be glad to know there are plenty of ways to easily burn 100 calories. Many of these can be done in very little time, or without even thinking about it!

1. Run up and down the stairs for 6 minutes

If your washing machine is in the basement, you could easily do this without thinking twice!

2. Do yoga for 20 minutes

That’s right, even this so-called passive exercise can yield big results when it comes burning calories.

3. Ride your bicycle around the neighborhood for 12 minutes

While you’re at it, see if you can bump into some neighbors who might like to ride with you!

4. Dance at home for 18 minutes

Don your headphones and dance around while you’re cleaning or just for the fun of it. When you’re done, you’ll be 100 calories lighter!

5.  Pull weeds

8. Play Wii.

In 35 minutes of playing Just Dance, you’ll drop 100 calories.

9. Do 10 push ups

Not only will you get fit, but you’ll burn some of the calories from your breakfast.

10. Wash and wax your car for 25 minutes

Both you and your vehicle will look better!

These ten ways to lose 100 calories are mostly things you can easily fit into your day without having to go to a gym or even change clothes. Now there’s no excuse not to move!
