Started in the UK, this workout trend was targeted at exhausted parents to “reinvigorate the mind, improve moods, and even burn the odd calorie.”

How Napercise Works

Napercise is taking a nap in the middle of the day with a slight twist. Whereas we would usually nap alone, napercise is an aerobic style class that replaces bicycles for beds. The class typically lasts anywhere from 1/2 hour to an hour. Soft, relaxing music is played and the attendees are encouraged to relax until they doze off.
