Most of us will walk every single day, so we might not think of it as much of a workout. Getting to your office
from your car isn’t a tough exercise, but walk at a brisk pace and get your heart pumping to burn calories without putting forth too much effort.

Yoga

Stretch, flex, and bend your way to a better you. You can roll out a mat at home or join a class near you. Yoga isn’t as intensive as lifting weights, but you’re still working up a sweat and challenging your body in new ways.

Jogging

If walking isn’t enough for you, go for a light jog. A mild trot around the block to get your heart rate going is all you need. Take your time and enjoy the sights and sounds around you.

Pool exercises

You don’t necessarily have to swim laps if you’re not up for it, however, light aerobics, cardio, and weightlifting are all much more fun in the water. Best of all, you avoid getting all gross and sweaty!
