How can we top last year’s iconic keynote speakers? Add one more, of course! This year, we have the incomparable Tabatha Coffey rejoining us for another session of inspiration & empowerment. Added to the celebrity speaker roster this time are Kendra Scott & Jeannie Mai Jenkins to bring you all the business mogul buzz!

Tabatha Coffey: Salon Pro, TV Personality & Success Coach

Tabatha Coffey

Tabatha Coffey, hairstylist, business owner, television icon (Salon Takeover), author (It’s Not Really About the Hair & Own It!) and life & business coach (the list goes on, really) spoke at Vagaro’s iconic.22 conference last year in San Francisco, California. The energy in the room was ELECTRIC. Coffey’s excitement to be back speaking in front of an audience was infectious. Coupled with her self-proclaimed joy to be back with salon industry professionals, she professed, “You’re my people.”

This year, Tabatha will lead a keynote speech about her journey to the top, including the struggles she faced & overcame, along with the most important takeaways she learned from those lessons to help her get to where she’s at today. Beauty pros will once again leave inspired & motivated with actionable insights to apply to their own career paths. We are so honored to welcome Tabatha Coffey back to this year’s iconic.23 conference!

Kendra Scott: Business Mogul, Entrepreneur & Fashion Designer

Kendra Scott

Kendra Scott started off from humble beginnings. Her first business was a hat boutique in Texas that she started at the age of 19, but that endeavor didn’t end up panning out, and like many entrepreneurs, she experienced the sting of defeat—temporarily. She started making jewelry out of her home in Austin in 2002 after she couldn’t find gemstone jewelry that she could afford.

She now sits on the board—Executive Chairwoman, to be exact—of the company she founded and fostered through to success in the range of $360 million in sales. Her business now operates over 100 stores in 36 states, and her products are sold in premier national retailers like Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom & Bloomingdale’s, plus 900 specialty boutiques worldwide. How’s that for inspiration? She was named #44 on America’s Self-Made Women list by Forbes, and Vagaro is thrilled to welcome the powerhouse that is Kendra Scott to the iconic.23 stage!

Jeannie Mai Jenkins: Emmy Award-Winning Talk Show Host, Former Professional Makeup Artist, Entrepreneur, Podcaster & Philanthropist

Jeannie Mai Jenkins

Jeannie’s coming to iconic! The Emmy Award-winning talk show host of The Real is gracing us with her presence at this year’s conference! Jeannie Mai Jenkins is a former professional makeup artist & celebrity stylist who straight up blossomed into the success story she is today. She’s the host of the Hello Hunnay web series that focuses on fashion, fitness, finances & relationships, which has over 650k subscribers. She’s also the frontwoman of the Listen Hunnay podcast that hosts guests from all different professions & focuses on the human being behind the career.

Mai Jenkins also flexes her entrepreneurial muscle as Chief Brand Officer for Owl’s Brew spiked sparkling tea—a clean, women-owned brand that supports local & national women’s initiatives & charities, community-building programs & education. We absolutely love to see it!

Jeannie’s also made AAPI’s A100 list for her philanthropic work with the Asian-American community, and she sits pretty & powerful on the board of such organizations as Dress for Success, which helps women achieve economic independence, and Same Sky, a group that builds business potential for women.
